The User acknowledges that such communications are necessary for the proper functioning of the services and may also include promotional content. 10. User Conduct
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User hereby agrees to provide true, complete, and accurate information to Masai School for enrolling in the respective courses or while using the platform of Masai School. The User shall not impersonate any person, misrepresent their identity, or provide false information.
Further, the User undertakes not to misuse the WhatsApp communication channel for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes including but not limited to sending unauthorized, abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, objectionable or otherwise unlawful content, or engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or causes harm to the Masai School Platform, its users, or Masai School's reputation. Any violation of this provision may result in suspension or termination of the User's access to the Platform and the services, in addition to appropriate legal remedies available to Masai School.
11. Opt-Out & Grievance Redressal
The User may opt-out of promotional messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication, however transactional communications shall remain continue to be sent.
Users can unsubscribe from the promotional content communications anytime by clicking on the 'Unsubscribe/ stop' button in the WhatsApp messages channel.
Further, In the event a User has any complaints, concerns, or grievances with respect to the services, communications, or any matter related to the use of the Masai School Platform, the User may submit the grievance in writing to the designated Grievance Officer at the contact details provided on the platform. The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge the receipt of the grievance and endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the escalation.

12. Limitation of Liability
The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that Masai School shall not be held responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss, damage, liability, claim, or expense arising directly or indirectly due to a) any unauthorized use, access, or misuse of the Masai School Platform or WhatsApp platform or any other third-party communication channel by third parties or the User, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, fraudulent messages, or any other unauthorized activity , b) any alleged or actual infringement of intellectual property rights of the Masai School Platform or the WhatsApp Platform by third-party platforms, service providers, or users c) interruptions, delays, errors, security breaches, technical failures, or unavailability of WhatsApp or any other third-party platform, due to various reasons including any viruses, malicious code, or harmful content transmitted therein. The User shall keep Masai School indemnified against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of the unauthorized use, access or misuse of the Masai School Platform or WhatsApp platform and/ or infringement of intellectual property rights of Masai School Platform or WhatsApp Platform by the User.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masai School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or remote damages, even if Masai School has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, Masai School's total aggregate liability to the User, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the User to Masai School for the service giving rise to the claim.
13. Program Fee and Refund Policy
Participants who wish to withdraw from any of the IIT Programs, either before the commencement of the session or subsequent to the commencement of the sessions, will not be eligible for any refund of fees. Masai School holds absolute and sole discretion and reserves the right to offer scholarships and special schemes from time to time for specific categories of participants, based on specific dates, or any other manner it deems fit. Masai School reserves the absolute and sole discretion and right to accept or reject any request for a Change in batch and/or adjustment. In case of any code of conduct violation or other exceptional circumstances, Masai School has the absolute discretion and the right to refuse service or terminate any participant from attending further sessions. If the student has defaulted in EMI payments either to our NBFC partners or direct NACH to Masai, Masai School reserves the right to restrict/remove them from the course platform, and students would not be entitled to any course completion certificate.

14. Amendment to the Terms and Conditions
Masai School reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion from time to time. Users will be notified of such changes through appropriate means, including updates posted on the Masai School website or on email. The User's continued use of the Masai School website after such changes are posted on the Masai School website shall constitute the User's acceptance of such changes.
